Fundraise For Make-A-Wish

On your own or with your company, community group or school, you have the power to grant a wish by fundraising for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois. The blue menu bar to the left offers details on the different ways you can help to raise funds to make a difference in the life of a child battling a life-threatening medical condition and includes staff contacts to help you answer any questions you may have.  If you need more information, call 800.978.9474.

Celebrity Sing For Wishes is an event coordinated by the McLean Area Regional Council,
a group of volunteers in central Illinois. Each year this event has grown and
now raises more than $25,000 annually for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois. This year,
organizers brought in American Idol alumnus Kimberly Caldwell
to raise the profile of Celebrity Sing For Wishes.

Students at Oak Lawn Hometown Middle School in Chicago's south suburbs have held an annual
walk-a-thon for several years now, raising more than $40,000 annually for the
Make-A-Wish Foundation of Ililnois. Students, teachers and the community come together
for this event that was founded in memory of a student who had a wish granted.

More than 70% of wishes granted are travel related. Frequent Flier Miles are always needed to help grant these wishes. InfoSpot
