Walk Run Wish!
The Annual Walk and Run for Wishes is a fun event for people of all ages and abilities held in September at Chicago's Soldier Field. Individuals or teams can select to join the children's parade, a 3-mile mile walk or furn run.
This great fundraising event draws participants from the city and suburbs, all in support of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Illinois. Sponsor booths, prizes/giveaways and a entertainment are provided as part of the event. Visit http://www.walkrunwish.org/ to register for this year's event. More than 70% of wishes granted are travel related. Frequent Flier Miles are always needed to help grant these wishes.
