How to Refer a Child
Out of respect for the children and families we serve, and out of concern for their privacy, children who may be eligible to receive a wish can be referred by one of the following people: the child, child's parent, legal guardian, physician, nurse, social worker or child-life specialist. Medical eligibility is based on national guidelines and is ultimately determined by the child's physician.
